    Au travers d’un plan de circulations de tramways novateur, l’organisation de la parcelle permet de superposer les programmes d’atelier de maintenance des tramways et les surfaces de stationnement automobiles. La création de « jardins soulevés » sur la toiture terrasse de l’atelier de maintenance offre un nouvel usage collectif de jour, calme, lieu de passages des usagers du parc de stationnement mais aussi ouvert aux riverains. Treille et ombrière couvrent l’atelier de maintenance, le site de remisage, le parc relais et la zone de stockage de véhicules.
