Industrial heritage and innovation: handover of the Mersen project in Gennevilliers

The restructuring of Mersen’s industrial site in Gennevilliers reaches a major milestone with the handover of the industrial process in July 2026, followed by that of the office component in December 2026.

With a construction value of more than €34m excl. VAT, this project covers the refurbishment of two historic buildings dedicated to the graphite industry, combining the enhancement of industrial heritage with the modernisation of infrastructure.

The project was delivered with Ingérop, within the design team consortium, and Eiffage, as the construction contractor.
