Landscape serving scale

Helping to break up the imposing scale typical of industrial buildings, the landscape design will soften the massive volumes. On this highly technical site, some 12 m² of planting edges the buildings with greenery.

Where fragmentation mitigates compactness

Expressing the robustness required for this type of structure, the various buildings benefit from a concrete retaining wall. Beyond the deliberately compact appearance, this architectural approach helps anchor the project in its site. To offset the overall imposing scale, all buildings receive cladding at upper level. This vertical rhythm lightens their uniform appearance. Adding fragmentation to the verticality, the cladding varies depending on the structure concerned. This differentiation highlights the diversity of functions while also breaking up the compact aspect of the complex.
